How does the class work?
The session begins with a consultation and assessment of the condition of the spine and muscles, after which the specialist individually selects the angle of inclination of the prophylactic and the level of load. The patient takes the correct position on the board and, under the supervision of a rehabilitation specialist, performs special exercises aimed at gently relieving the spine, strengthening the muscular corset and restoring correct motor skills. During the session, the specialist constantly monitors the technique of execution, well-being and gradually adjusts the load to achieve maximum effect without the risk of overload.
Class duration: 40–60 minutes.
Recommended course: selected individually depending on the diagnosis and condition.
