How does the procedure work?
The procedure includes an examination and identification of areas of edema or stagnation, gentle preparation with warming up the lymph nodes, consistent work with the legs, abdomen, and arms, ending with relaxation techniques and breathing exercises, as well as providing individual recommendations regarding drinking regimen, physical activity, and supportive procedures.
Duration: 60 minutes.
