Kinesiotherapy on the Evminov prophylactic (for hernias, protrusions, lumbalgia and radiculopathies)

Kinesiotherapy using the Evminov board is a gentle method of spinal recovery through a combination of controlled unloading and specialized exercises. The method helps reduce pain, decrease pressure on the intervertebral discs, and restore ease of movement.
How does kinesiotherapy work on the evminov board?
Reduces mechanical load on intervertebral discs
Reduces compression of nerve structures
Improves nutrition of intervertebral discs
Activates stabilizing muscles
Improves spinal mobility
Forms correct biomechanics of movements
Who is it recommended for?
Adolescents and adults with back, neck, or lower back pain
People with identified protrusions or intervertebral hernias
For patients after physical overload, injuries or prolonged back strain
Patients with radiculopathies, numbness of the extremities, “shooting” pain in the back
Individuals who have MRI, CT or X-ray results with spinal pathology
For people with a sedentary lifestyle
Main indications
-
Intervertebral hernias
-
Disc protrusions
-
Lumbalgia (low back pain)
-
Radiculopathy
-
Osteochondrosis
-
Scoliosis, kyphosis, lordosis (in the initial stages)
Advantages of the procedure
Non-surgical treatment method
Lack of medication burden
Physiological stretching without sudden movements
Individual load selection
Minimal risk of complications
Suitable for all ages
Long-lasting effect
Improves overall mobility
Possibility of further studies at home
Contraindications
-
Sting
-
Oncological diseases of the spine
-
Infectious bone lesions
-
Fractures
-
Severe osteoporosis
-
Acute inflammatory processes
How do the classes work?
Classes at the Evminov preventive clinic begin with an assessment of the patient’s condition and selection of an individual load, after which, under the supervision of a rehabilitation specialist, special exercises are performed to gently relieve the spine, strengthen muscles, and restore correct movements.
Class duration: 40–60 minutes.
Recommended course: selected individually depending on the diagnosis and condition.
Results
Reduction or disappearance of pain
Reducing pressure on nerves
Improving spinal mobility
Strengthening the back muscles
Restoring correct posture
Reduction in hernia size (in many cases)
Improving sleep quality
Improving performance
Reducing the risk of relapse
